Job summary

CSL seeks a Learning Optimization Lead to apply learning theory, instructional design, and modern learning technologies to modernize CSL training and close capability gaps. You will collaborate with the Learning Partner Team to understand needs and deliver solutions that boost knowledge retention and employee engagement.

The team will pilot new technologies and scalability across the CSL workforce, focusing on enterprise-wide capability building and measurable impact on business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in learning and development or related roles.
• Experience designing and delivering e-learning, ILT, and VILT modalities.
• Demonstrated ability to deploy innovative/state-of-the-art learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Understand learning needs and design innovative learning solutions with Learning Partners.
• Design, develop, and deploy high-quality learning materials using modernized solutions.
• Pilot and evaluate new learning technologies across the enterprise to modernize training.
• Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments and feedback to drive improvements.
