Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Eight or more years of learning and development, HR, business, or managerial experience.
• Experience evaluating, piloting, or implementing emerging technologies (AI, automation, simulations, or apps).
• Ability to design experiments, define success criteria, and make evidence-based recommendations to scale, iterate, or stop.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and pilot learning tech to validate business value.
• Design structured pilots with hypotheses and metrics.
• Manage end-to-end technology evaluation and governance.
• Partner with HR, IT, and risk teams for successful adoption.
