Qualifications

• Eight+ years of learning and development, HR, business, or managerial experience.
• Experience evaluating, piloting, or implementing emerging technologies (AI, automation, simulations, or apps) in a learning, HR, or enterprise environment.
• Ability to design experiments, define success criteria, and make evidence-based recommendations to scale, iterate, or stop.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and pilot emerging learning technologies to validate business value and scalability.
• Own end-to-end evaluation and prioritization processes for new learning technologies.
• Develop adoption and change plans, including enablement and documentation for successful hand-off to BAU.
