Job summary

Autodesk, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager for Learning Technology & Innovation to shape a modern, AI-enabled learning ecosystem across the enterprise. You will define strategy, roadmaps, governance, and measurement while partnering with ESE, PISD, and IT to optimize learning operations and analytics.

You will champion responsible AI use, drive rapid experimentation, and coach teams to scale innovative learning experiences that improve human performance and business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 8–12+ years leading learning technology, digital learning, or product management in a global tech org.
• Deep expertise in modern learning ecosystems including LMS/LXP, AI-enabled platforms, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Autodesk's Talent Development technology and innovation strategy.
• Lead AI strategy for Talent Development with generative AI and emerging tech.
• Establish governance and best practices for secure, responsible use of learning tech.
