Job summary

TaskUs USA LLC in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Learning Experience Manager to design and expand training programs aligned with product‑specific methodologies. You will coordinate and implement all training initiatives and lead a team of up to eight Learning Experience Leaders to ensure top‑tier onboarding for teammates and client staff.

The role requires strong communication, coaching, and mentoring skills, plus five years of training experience and two years in management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Four-year college degree preferred in related field.
• Five years of training experience.
• Two years of management experience, preferably in training/learning development.
• Two years of BPO experience.
• Two years of technical support or emergency coordination/crisis management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain training schedules for assigned sites/GEOs daily for transparency with other departments.
• Update rosters and job descriptions; manage changes as staff are added or removed.
• Interview and onboard Learning Experience staff; set expectations and policies.
• Grade staff on training skill sets and monitor KPIs; provide coaching.
• Develop education/certifications for staff and leadership; encourage continued learning.
• Observe training classes and provide feedback to maintain high performance.
• Coordinate with Recruiting and Operations to ensure smooth pipeline-to-production workflow.
