Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Manager to design and expand training programs, coordinate onboarding, and lead a team of Learning Experience Leaders across multiple sites. You will manage schedules, interview staff, onboard new hires, and set performance expectations while driving continuous improvement in training quality.

Requirements include a relevant four-year degree (preferred), 5+ years training experience, 2+ years in management, and 25% travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; four-year college degree preferred.
• Five years of previous training experience.
• Two years of previous management experience in training or learning development.
• Two years of previous BPO experience, preferably.
• Two years of previous technical support experience and/or emergency coordination or crisis management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and expand training and development programs aligned with product training methodologies.
• Coordinate, organize, and implement all training programs and onboarding for new hires and client teams.
• Manage a team of up to 8 Learning Experience Leaders as direct reports.
• Maintain training schedules and rosters for sites/GEOs.
• Interview, onboard, and set job expectations for training staff.
• Provide coaching and feedback; establish KPIs and quarterly evaluations.
• Develop training courses and methodologies; continuously improve programs.
