Job summary

TaskUs USA LLC is seeking a Learning Experience Manager to design and expand training programs aligned with product-specific initiatives. You will coordinate, organize, and deliver onboarding and ongoing development for our teams across locations.

Leading a team of up to 8 Learning Experience Leaders, you will oversee scheduling, staffing, KPIs, and collaboration with Recruiting and Operations to ensure world-class training across our U.S. locations.

Qualifications

• Five years of previous training experience.
• Two years of management experience in training or learning development.
• Two years of BPO experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a training schedule for sites and GEOs.
• Update rosters and staffing for assigned sites.
• Interview and onboard learning experience staff.
• Grade staff on training KPIs and provide coaching.
• Collaborate with Recruiting and Operations to optimize candidate pipelines.
