Job summary

TaskUs is hiring a Learning Experience Manager in Detroit, MI to design and expand training programs aligned with product-specific methodologies. You will coordinate, organize, and implement all training initiatives, managing a team of up to eight Learning Experience Leaders and collaborating with site managers daily to deliver world-class training for teammates and future leaders.

The role requires 5+ years in training and 2+ years in management, plus BPO and tech support experience.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree preferred in industrial or applied sciences.
• Five years of training experience.
• Two years of management experience in training or learning development.
• Two years of BPO experience and two years of technical support/emergency coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication; travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a training schedule for assigned sites/GEOs and provide transparency to other departments.
• Update rosters and spreadsheets as employees are added or removed.
• Create seats for new staff with updated descriptions, duties, and pay ranges.
• Interview for new staff focusing on skillset and culture.
• Onboard staff with TaskUs culture and job expectations.
• Set job expectations including policies and procedures for training staff.
• Grade staff on training skill sets and measure KPIs.
• Develop staff education and certifications in training and leadership.
• Observe training classes and provide coaching and feedback.
• Provide quarterly KPIs and standards and conduct evaluations.
• Provide resources to create high-quality training materials.
• Document information for each staff member and maintain records.
• Analyze training evaluation forms to identify trends and drive improvement.
• Create and maintain training methodologies and courses for ongoing education.
• Maintain strong communication with Recruiting and Operations to improve pipelines.
• Ensure safety and health training and compliance.
• Continue improving training programs across the organization.
• Other duties as required.
