Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Manager in Metro Detroit to design and expand training and development programs aligned with product methodologies. You will coordinate, organize, and implement all training initiatives and onboarding for new hires, managing up to eight Learning Experience Leaders and collaborating with site managers daily.

The role requires guiding staff through policies, measuring KPIs, and coaching for ongoing growth across our organization.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Travel required, up to 25% of the time.
• Two years of previous BPO experience, preferably.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a training Schedule for respective sites and GEOs.
• Update rosters for assigned sites and GEOs.
• Create seats for new learning experience staff, including job descriptions and pay ranges.
• Interview for new learning experience staff and onboard them with TaskUs culture.
• Set job expectations with learning experience staff and manage training programs.
• Grade learning experience staff on training skill sets and KPIs.
• Develop training courses to educate current employees and leaders.
• Maintain communication with Recruiting and Operations to optimize pipeline to production.
