TaskUs is a provider of outsourced digital services and next-generation customer experience. We are seeking a Learning Experience Leader in Orlando, FL to help set standards and deliver training across end-users, partners, and distributors.

The role includes creating curricula, exams, and technical training aligned with enterprise needs. You will contribute to a fast-paced team within TaskUs' People First culture, delivering impactful training programs and ensuring quality outcomes for learners

Responsibilities

• Set the standards and expectations through your conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character
• Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training which includes curriculum, training, and exams for all general preparatory courses prior to enterprise endorsement
• Deliver technical preparatory training covering basic skill requirements identified by enterprise needs
• Accomplish projects and deliver results as part of the Learning Experience Leader role
