Job summary

TaskUs in Detroit is seeking a Learning Experience Leader to design and expand training and development programs aligned with product training methodologies. You will create curricula and exams for general preparatory courses before enterprise endorsement and deliver technical training as needed.

You will monitor trainee progress, revise programs, and ensure compliance with the Code of Conduct while supporting Emergency Response training for Tier 1 agents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; four-year college degree preferred in a related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft and Google applications.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and presentation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and longer hours.
• Certified in Tier 3, 2, and 1 Fleet and Emergency Response.

Responsibilities

• Design and expand training and development programs aligned with product-specific methodologies.
• Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training with curriculum, training, and exams.
• Deliver technical preparatory training as identified by enterprise needs.
• Advance projects and motivate trainees through effective training.
• Continuously improve training programs and learning opportunities across the organization.
• Revise programs to adapt to changing work environments.
• Act as content expert and maintain training documents and materials.
• Develop induction programs and monitor trainee progress with managers.
• Ensure statutory training requirements are met and contribute to e-learning packages.
• Research and present new technologies and methods in workplace learning.
• Ensure all trainees adhere to the company’s Code of Conduct.
• Support learning and development of Emergency Response (Tier 1) Agents.
