Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Manager to design, expand, and oversee training and development programs across sites. You will lead a team of up to eight Learning Experience Leaders and collaborate with site managers to deliver world-class onboarding and ongoing training for teammates and future leaders.

The role emphasizes creating scalable learning systems, coordinating program implementations, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; four-year college degree preferred in related field.
• Five years of training experience.
• Two years of management experience, preferably in training/learning development.
• Two years of BPO experience, preferred.
• Two years of technical support and/or emergency coordination experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a training schedule for assigned sites and GEOs with daily updates.
• Update rosters and job descriptions for learning staff and pay ranges.
• Create seats for learning staff and define duties.
• Interview and onboard learning staff, aligning with TaskUs culture.
• Set clear policies, performance expectations, and provide coaching.
