Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Manager to design, coordinate, and expand training and development programs across sites. You will lead a team of up to 8 Learning Experience Leaders, align with product training, and ensure onboarding success for new hires.

You will work closely with site managers and other leaders to maintain program quality. You will manage schedules, rosters, and job descriptions, interview and onboard staff, set expectations, and track KPIs.

Qualifications

• Proven training experience and ability to design and manage programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams and levels.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop staff and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and expand training programs for sites and GEOs.
• Maintain training schedules and rosters with transparency.
• Interview, onboard, and set job expectations for staff.
• Grade staff performance and drive KPI-based improvements.
• Develop courses and certifications, ensuring world-class training.
