Job summary

TaskUs USA LLC is seeking a Learning Experience Manager to design and expand comprehensive training programs that align with product methodologies and business goals. You will coordinate onboarding, manage a team of up to 8 Learning Experience Leaders, and collaborate with site managers to ensure program quality and effectiveness.

You will coach staff, set expectations, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in training delivery.

Qualifications

• High level of communication and coaching skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Proven experience in training, learning development, and team leadership.
• Experience in BPO and technical support environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and expand training and development programs aligned with product methodologies.
• Coordinate, organize, and implement all training programs and onboarding.
• Lead and manage a team of Learning Experience Leaders and site managers daily.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and KPI-driven performance evaluations.
• Develop training courses and methodologies to improve proficiency and growth.
