Role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, learning metrics, and continuous improvement, ensuring programs align with client KPIs and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with RAD or ERT
• Knowledge of adult learning principles (ADDIE)
• Familiar with change frameworks (Prosci/ADKAR)
• Strong verbal and written communication to translate client directives

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Assessments and map competency gaps
• Develop and oversee SOPs, curricula, and upskilling modules
• Measure readiness and adoption using KPI performance and assessments
• Coordinate with client success, operations, and QA to address content gaps
