Job summary

TaskUs USA LLC is seeking a Learning Experience Manager to lead and grow a team of up to 8 Learning Experience Leaders. You will design training programs aligned with product strategies, oversee onboarding, and partner with site leadership to ensure high-quality learning outcomes for teammates and future leaders.

The role requires travel up to 25%, strong coaching skills, and the ability to manage complex schedules while delivering world-class training across multiple sites in the US.

Qualifications

• Five years of previous training experience.
• Two years of management experience, preferably in the training/learning development space.
• Two years of BPO experience.
• Two years of technical support and/or emergency coordination experience.
• Travel required up to 25% of the time.
• Strong written and verbal communication and coaching skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and long hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Learning Experience team.
• Design and expand training programs aligned with product initiatives.
• Coordinate onboarding and new-hire training.
• Manage training schedules and KPIs across sites/geo
• Collaborate with Recruiting and Operations for seamless pipeline-to-production flow.
