Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Change Manager to design, deliver, and oversee comprehensive training programs that bridge client requirements with frontline execution in high-volume environments.

You will assess training needs, develop SOPs and upskilling modules, measure readiness and KPI adoption, and collaborate with client success, operations, and QA leads to drive change.

Qualifications

• 2 years of RAD or ERT experience.
• Strong grasp of adult learning principles (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick) and structured change frameworks (Prosci/ADKAR).
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to translate client directives into actionable steps.

Responsibilities

• Training Needs Assessments (TNA): Evaluate baseline agent skills, map competency gaps, and align curriculum with client KPIs.
• Content Oversight: Partner with instructional designers and SMEs to build SOPs and upskilling modules.
• Change Readiness & Adoption: Measure new hire speed to proficiency and KPI adoption after training; establish feedback loops with stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with client success teams, operations managers, and QA leads to address workflow resistance.
