Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to create scalable, AI-enabled training for Customer Success Managers. You will own end-to-end learning experiences, from design to delivery, with hands-on practice and real-world applicability.

You’ll partner with product, enablement, and regional teams to deliver training that drives measurable behavior change and value realization for customers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing learning experiences at scale.
• Strong foundation in learning experience or instructional design; clear POV on what makes training stick.
• Excellent facilitation and storytelling skills; comfortable with live or virtual sessions.
• Able to move fast, work lean, and iterate from feedback.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive training that helps CSMs do their jobs better, with AI integrated into the workflow.
• Build on-demand and train-the-trainer options to scale training beyond a small team.
• Create and maintain practical resources: job aids, guides, and tool-specific materials.
• Define delivery models with regional readiness, onboarding, and product enablement partners.
• Host or co-host training sessions as needed.
• Plan and develop content for role-based training with product and project leads.
• Shape standards for training content to stay current as tools change.
• Plan and present at events from global to regional calls, building practitioner networks.
• Incorporate field feedback to continually refine and improve training content.
