Job summary

Homecare Homebase, LLC. is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to blend instructional design with multimedia development, creating engaging courses and self-paced programs for staff and clients.

The role partners with subject matter experts to translate complex healthcare concepts into user-centered digital learning experiences, assessments and performance-support tools, coordinating with the LMS to promote training programs and logistics in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies or related field.
• At least 3 years of combined related work experience.
• Experience with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise 360 and Captivate).
• Experience with multimedia editors (Camtasia, Adobe Suite, Canva and Synthesia).
• Skilljar and Smartsheet experience a bonus.
• US citizenship or green card required.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging, interactive eLearning experiences and multimedia assets.
• Create and maintain learning courses and self-paced training programs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex ideas into digital learning experiences.
• Coordinate training programs, logistics, and communications through the LMS.
