Edward Jones is seeking a Learning Experience Designer I to design, develop, and deliver multi-modal learning experiences that build capabilities and drive performance.

You will partner with business leaders and L&D to create impactful solutions, leveraging AI and new technologies to enhance learning outcomes. This role emphasizes collaboration, continuous improvement, and staying current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years designing and delivering learning solutions that drive business outcomes.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including virtual learning facilitation.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across teams and levels.
• Strong analytical, systems thinking, and performance consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging learning experiences through virtual and in-person training, workshops, and peer-led sessions.
• Partner with leaders and L&D to design, develop, and deliver learning solutions that drive results.
• Apply Practice Management expertise to create learning experiences supporting Proven Practices and performance.
• Design learner-centered solutions using research, prototyping, and emerging tech including AI.
• Develop multi-modal experiences that drive skill adoption and performance outcomes.
• Monitor learning effectiveness using feedback and performance data for continuous improvement.
• Lead collaborative design and validation sessions for high-quality learning experiences.
• Stay current on industry trends and learning best practices.
