Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Learning Experience Designer in the United States to develop interactive self-paced courses, vILT, and multimodal training materials. You will collaborate with designers, SMEs, and training leaders to ensure alignment with objectives and branding, while leveraging AI to accelerate content creation.

You will also design multimedia elements, validate AI-generated content for accuracy, and publish SCORM packages within an LMS, contributing to scalable, high-quality learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, learning and development, multimedia development, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years developing multimodal training materials for adult learners, including digital and instructor-led or virtual training resources.
• Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360 for custom interactions.
• Strong multimedia production and visual design skills with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional best practices for accessible, engaging learning.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills to transform technical content into learner-friendly material.
• A portfolio demonstrating eLearning and digital media development; include AI-generated elements with clear attribution.

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive self-paced eLearning courses, vILT, and other formats aligned with objectives and learner needs.
• Create complementary learning resources: decks, guides, pre-work, job aids, surveys, knowledge checks, and assessments.
• Collaborate with SMEs and leaders to refine materials, apply branding, and polish content.
• Design multimedia elements, interactive activities, and reusable learning components for scalable solutions.
• Leverage generative AI to accelerate scripts, assessments, graphics, videos, and job aids while ensuring quality.
• Validate AI-generated content for accuracy, relevance, and compliance with standards; share AI insights with the team.
• Develop and implement CPE components per NASBA and AICPA standards; maintain course documentation for audit readiness.
• Perform quality assurance, ensure accessibility, accuracy, and visual consistency; adhere to branding guidelines.
• Publish SCORM packages, test LMS functionality, and verify tracking and reporting with Learning Operations.
• Develop templates and assets to improve production efficiency and consistency across programs.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging learning technologies; propose practical tool improvements.
• Coordinate with instructional designers and SMEs to gather content and manage feedback and review cycles.
• Communicate gaps, risks, and delays proactively to maintain quality and timelines.
• Manage multiple development projects, deadlines, revisions, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
