Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Learning Experience Designer II to analyze, design, build, and implement integrated learning solutions aligned with business goals. The role emphasizes collaboration across partners and teams to deliver effective training programs.

The candidate will use Camtasia, Articulate 360, and other standard tools, participate in quality reviews, and maintain content. A BA/BS and 2+ years of training experience are preferred, with a hybrid work arrangement described.

Qualifications

• Requires BA/BS in related field and minimum of 2 years training and development experience.
• Experience designing and delivering learning solutions using a variety of tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with business partners on expected business outcomes.
• Participates in needs analysis and recommends effective learning solutions.
• Collaborates with content developers, designers, technology consultants, and other project team members on design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning solutions.
• Uses approved processes, tools (Camtasia, Articulate 360, FS Pro 2020 V6, SnagIt) and templates for development and reporting.
• Maintains all content and participates in quality review processes.
• Contributes to Learning & Development communities of practice.
