Job summary

TLC Community Credit Union is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to craft engaging learning experiences across eLearning, ILT, virtual learning, microlearning and performance support resources.

You will partner with SMEs to translate complex information into practical, learner-centered solutions and manage the full development lifecycle while administering the LMS and tracking progress.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in learning and development or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience designing and developing instructor-led, virtual, or eLearning solutions.
• Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop eLearning, microlearning, instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs.
• Create engaging digital learning content using Articulate Rise and other learning technologies.
• Partner with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and translate complex information into learner-centered solutions.
• Manage learning projects through the full development lifecycle—from analysis and design through implementation and evaluation.
• Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person training for employees as needed.
• Develop procedures, job aids, and performance support resources.
• Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and monitor course completion.
