Premium Retail Services in the United States is seeking an innovative and passionate Instructional Designer who can transform complex information into engaging learning experiences that help our teams, clients, and retail partners succeed.

You'll design, develop, and deliver training solutions to accelerate product knowledge and improve performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting learning programs across corporate and retail environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years designing and delivering adult learning programs in corporate/retail/educational settings.
• Experience with instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning solutions.
• Experience creating training materials, guides, manuals, and performance support resources.
• Video scripting, editing, and multimedia content development.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging virtual, eLearning, and multimedia training programs aligned to business objectives.
• Design training materials including job aids, reference materials, videos, and interactive assets.
• Develop learning materials to build confidence and competency for frontline and management teams.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance training programs to improve engagement and outcomes.
• Explore emerging learning technologies and digital solutions to modernize training experiences.
• Collaborate with clients, SMEs, and stakeholders to identify learning needs and deliver effective solutions.
