Job summary

Premium Retail Services, LLC seeks an instructional designer to turn complex information into engaging training for our teams, clients, and retail partners. You will design, develop, and deliver solutions that accelerate product knowledge and performance.

Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders, explore emerging learning technologies, and ensure programs align with business goals across the retail field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or related field.
• 3+ years designing and delivering adult learning programs in corporate/retail/education.
• Experience developing instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning.
• Experience creating training materials, guides, manuals, and performance support.
• Video scripting, editing, and multimedia content development.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging virtual, eLearning, and multimedia training programs aligned to business objectives.
• Design training materials including job aids, reference materials, videos, and interactive assets.
• Develop learning materials to build confidence and competency for frontline and management.
• Evaluate and enhance existing programs to boost engagement and outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients, SMEs, and stakeholders to identify learning needs.
