Job summary

Premium Retail Services is seeking an Instructional Designer to design and deliver engaging learning experiences for frontline and management teams. You will create virtual, eLearning, and multimedia programs, plus job aids, guides, and performance support materials.

Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to align training with business goals, evaluate effectiveness, and explore new learning technologies to modernize our offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years designing and delivering adult learning programs in corporate/retail/educational settings.
• Experience with instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning solutions.
• Experience creating training materials, job aids, guides, manuals, and performance support resources.
• Video scripting, editing, and multimedia content development.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design & develop learning experiences including virtual, eLearning, and multimedia programs.
• Create training materials: job aids, reference materials, videos, and interactive assets.
• Develop materials to build confidence and competency for frontline and management teams.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance programs to improve engagement and outcomes.
• Explore emerging learning technologies to modernize training experiences.
• Collaborate with clients, SMEs, and stakeholders to identify learning needs.
