Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is hiring a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist for the Healthcare division. You will produce high-quality learning, communication, and multimedia resources that align with strategy, curriculum, and business objectives.

You will own the content-production stream from design to handoff, partnering with program leaders and SMEs to ensure accuracy, governance, and measurable impact on learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience creating training or educational content across formats; healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-workstreams and review cycles.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, and content-authoring tools (Mindtickle, Synthesia, Copilot, Articulate, Adobe, Canva).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with strategies for Healthcare Client Engagement.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, and campaigns.
• Translate complex information into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with SMEs and creative resources to clarify requirements and guide production.
• Leverage approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage multiple content workstreams, milestones, dependencies, reviews, and risks.
• Review and improve content using feedback and performance data.
• Support other markets as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
