You will translate approved strategies into clear, engaging experiences, manage multiple content-workstreams, and collaborate with subject matter experts and governance partners to ensure accuracy and program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training, learning, or educational content across formats, healthcare preferred.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, visual communication, and content-organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-production workstreams and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with approved strategies.
• Translate learning strategies and business objectives into audience-appropriate experiences.
• Own content-production workstreams from design through development and handoff.
• Collaborate with SMEs, governance partners, and program leaders to ensure accuracy and governance.
