Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to craft high-quality learning, communication, and multimedia assets for the Healthcare Client Engagement team. You’ll translate strategies into engaging experiences, own multiple content workstreams, and collaborate with experts to ensure accuracy and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training, learning, communication, or educational content across multiple formats. Healthcare experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, proofreading, visual communication, and content-organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-production workstreams, review cycles, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, presentation, and content-authoring technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the content-production workstream for assigned initiatives, from requirements clarification and design through development, review, and final handoff.
• Translate approved learning strategies, curriculum requirements, and business objectives into clear, engaging, audience-appropriate experiences and resources.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, campaigns, and other enablement resources.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, visual storytelling, brand, and accessibility standards.
• Partner with SMEs and governance resources to validate accuracy and guide production.
