LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist within the Healthcare segment. You will translate approved learning strategies into clear, engaging experiences and own the content-production workstream for assigned initiatives, partnering with SMEs and governance resources to ensure accuracy and impact.

You will develop courses, videos, job aids, and other enablement resources, applying instructional design, visual storytelling, and accessibility

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training, learning, or educational content across multiple formats.
• Healthcare experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, proofreading, visual communication, and content-organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-production workstreams, review cycles, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, presentation, and content-authoring technologies.
• Experience with Mindtickle, Synthesia, Microsoft Copilot, Articulate, Adobe, Canva, or comparable tools is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with program leaders, subject matter experts, reviewers, and governance partners.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with approved strategies, audience needs, and business objectives for the Healthcare Client Engagement team.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, campaigns, and other enablement resources.
• Translate complex product, technical, process, and business information into clear, engaging content.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, visual storytelling, brand, and accessibility standards.
• Partner with subject matter experts and creative resources to clarify requirements, validate accuracy, and guide production.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency, consistency, and the learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams, including plans, milestones, dependencies, reviews, risks, and status updates.
• Review, improve, and modernize content using feedback, performance insights, quality standards, and program-defined measurement requirements.
