LexisNexis Risk Solutions in the Healthcare vertical is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to develop high‑quality learning, communication, and multimedia assets that support business initiatives, product education, and sales readiness.

You will translate approved learning strategies into clear, audience‑appropriate experiences, own the content-production workstream, and partner with program leaders, SMEs, and governance resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training and educational content across formats.
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, and content-organization skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with program leaders and subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with approved strategies.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, campaigns, and other enablement resources.
• Translate complex product, technical, process, and business information into clear content.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, visual storytelling, brand, and accessibility standards.
• Partner with subject matter experts and creative resources to clarify requirements and guide production.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency, consistency, and the learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams, including plans, milestones, dependencies, reviews, risks, and status updates.
• Review, improve, and modernize content using feedback, performance insights, quality standards, and program-defined measurement requirements.
• Support other markets, as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
