LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to create engaging learning and multimedia assets for the Healthcare Client Engagement team. You will translate approved strategies into audience-focused experiences and own the content production lifecycle from design to handoff.

Collaborate with SMEs and governance partners, applying instructional design, visual storytelling, and accessibility standards.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Experience developing training, learning, or educational content across multiple formats.

Aufgaben

Develop high-quality learning, communication, and multimedia assets for Healthcare.
Translate learning strategies into engaging audience-appropriate experiences.
Own content-production workstreams from design through development and handoff.
Collaborate with program leaders, SMEs, and governance resources.
Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
Manage concurrent content workstreams with plans, milestones, and reviews.
Review and modernize content based on feedback and metrics.
