Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to craft high-quality learning content that supports healthcare client engagement, product education, and sales readiness. You will translate strategies into audience-ready experiences and own the content-production workstream from design through final handoff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience creating training and educational content across formats; healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, visual communication, and content-organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-workstreams, review cycles, dependencies, and priorities.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, presentation, and content-authoring tools (Mindtickle, Synthesia, Copilot, Articulate, Adobe, Canva).
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with program leaders, SMEs, and governance partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with strategies and business objectives.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, guides, scripts, simulations, campaigns, and other enablement resources.
• Translate complex information into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Apply instructional design and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with SMEs and creative resources to clarify requirements and ensure accuracy.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams, plans, milestones, and risks.
