LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to craft engaging learning experiences for the Healthcare Client Engagement team. You will translate approved strategies into audience-appropriate resources and lead the content-production workstream from design to handoff.

You will collaborate with program leaders, subject matter experts, and governance partners to ensure content quality, accessibility, and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience developing training, learning, or educational content across multiple formats.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with approved strategies, audience needs, and business objectives for Healthcare Client Engagement.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, campaigns, and other enablement resources.
• Translate complex product, technical, process, and business information into clear, engaging content.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, visual storytelling, brand, and accessibility standards.
• Partner with subject matter experts and creative resources to clarify requirements, validate accuracy, and guide production.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency, consistency, and the learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams, including plans, milestones, dependencies, reviews, risks, and status updates.
• Review, improve, and modernize content using feedback, performance insights, quality standards, and program-defined measurement requirements.
• Support other markets, as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
