Qualifications

• Experience designing and developing blended learning solutions.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and analytics.
• Ability to create engaging, learner-centered content.
• Basic project and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops interactive eLearning courses using adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
• Under administrative direction, designs learning solutions to support performance needs.
• Develops learning materials including microlearnings, video demonstrations, reference tools, job aids, quick reference guides, electronic performance support (i.e. WalkMe), and level II-III evaluation instruments as indicated by the overall learning solution.
• Develops instructor-led training content including facilitator guides.
