Job summary

Hard Rock Digital is seeking a People Development Experience Designer to lead the design of engaging learning for blended digital experiences and the employee lifecycle. You will apply adult learning principles, work with SMEs, and transform needs into online solutions that improve behavior, skills and performance.

You will partner with the People Development team to deliver roadmaps, measure ROI, and ensure content aligns with industry best practices while maintaining a cohesive design language

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in L&D, HR, Talent Management or similar roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development or professional equivalent.
• 2+ years developing corporate e-Learning using Articulate 360, Adobe, Synthesia and PowerPoint.
• Curious mindset with evidence of Continuous Professional Development.
• Strong understanding of andragogy, instructional design, and learning technologies.
• Familiarity with industry trends in learning and development.
• Experience implementing and using an LMS.

Responsibilities

• Work with SMEs to identify learning needs and gather accurate design requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure learning meets objectives.
• Maintain/revise internal content and curriculum.
• Develop and communicate the People Development Playbook and Roadmaps.
• Manage projects within timelines while handling multiple initiatives.
• Design dynamic instructional content and simulations for engaging courses.
• Market the People Development Academy portfolio to team members.
