Job summary

Mechanics Bank is seeking a Learning Experience Developer to design and deliver engaging eLearning using adult learning principles. You will build interactive courses, storyboards, and performance support assets while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and bank policies.

You will collaborate with Instructional Designers, conduct pilot trainings, and optimize learning campaigns in Workday Learning, with travel 0-10%.

Qualifications

• 4 Year Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design or Technology, Education Technology, Curriculum and Instruction, Human Performance Technology/Improvement, or equivalent required.
• 3 years minimum of Experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Instructional Design or Learning Technology specific certifications from ATD or equivalent beneficial but not required.
• Certifications in Microsoft, Adobe, and/or Learning Content Development software beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develops interactive eLearning courses using adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
• Under administrative direction, designs learning solutions to support performance needs.
• Develops learning materials including microlearnings, video demonstrations, reference tools, job aids, quick reference guides, electronic performance support (i.e. WalkMe), and level II-III evaluation instruments as indicated by the overall learning solution.
