Job summary

Amazon seeks a Learning Experience Designer (LXD) within the LEAD team to own and deliver digital learning for the Relo Network. You will design, build, and manage virtual learning using Articulate 360 and Umbrella, driving measurable outcomes across multiple client teams.

You will translate operational realities into engaging solutions, lead program roadmaps, and collaborate with Program Managers and SMEs.

Qualifications

5+ years of learning design, learning science, instructional design, or similar field experience.
Proficiency in Articulate 360, including building virtual, asynchronous content.
Working knowledge of Umbrella LMS, including in-app training and automated workflows.
Experience administering an LMS, including curriculum configuration and reporting.
Ability to translate complex technical information into clear learning experiences.
Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects with milestones.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end programmatic ownership of assigned learning programs and training modalities.
Manage program scope, milestones, and stakeholder communication; drive blockers proactively.
Own the program roadmap and prioritize work based on impact and resources.
Provide regular status updates and maintain documentation across programs.
Design, build, and manage training modalities within Umbrella and in-app experiences.
Lead discussions with Program Managers to design automated training solutions.
Translate complex technical requirements into accessible learning experiences for non-expert audiences.
Collaborate with operations leaders and SMEs to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Leverage AI capabilities to accelerate content development and maintain quality.
