Job summary

Amazon’s LEAD team seeks a Learning Experience Designer to own and deliver high-quality virtual learning solutions for frontline and operations staff across the Relo Network. You’ll manage end-to-end programs, design modular content in Articulate 360, and leverage Umbrella for delivery, translation, and automation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in learning design, learning science, instructional design, educational psychology, or related field experience.
• Proficiency in Articulate 360 and ability to build asynchronous learning content that meets quality bar.
• Working knowledge of Umbrella LMS, including in-app training and automated workflows.
• Experience administering an LMS with curriculum configuration, dynamic assignments, enrollment, and reporting.
• Ability to conduct needs analyses, define objectives, and develop end-to-end learning solutions independently.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end programmatic ownership of learning programs in the Relo Network—from needs analysis to delivery, measurement, and iteration.
• Manage program scope, milestones, and stakeholder communication; drive timely decisions and clear blockers.
• Own program roadmap; sequence work based on impact and resources.
• Provide regular program status updates and maintain documentation across all programs.
• Design and build Umbrella-compatible training content; expand Umbrella capabilities with new modalities.
• Translate content expansion efforts across the network using AI tools to scale language availability.
