Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to own and deliver high-quality virtual learning solutions for our operational workforce across the Relo Network. You will translate complex operational realities into engaging, effective digital experiences using Articulate 360 and Umbrella LMS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of learning design, learning science, instructional design, or related field experience.
• Proficiency in Articulate 360 and Umbrella LMS for virtual learning.
• Experience administering an LMS with curriculum configuration, assignments, enrollment, and reporting.
• Ability to translate complex operational information into clear learning for frontline audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.

Responsibilities

• Carry end-to-end programmatic ownership of assigned learning programs from needs analysis through delivery, measurement, and iteration.
• Manage program scope, milestones, and stakeholder communication; drive timely decisions.
• Own the program roadmap and provide regular status updates; write clear standard work.
• Design and manage Umbrella-compatible training content; expand Umbrella training capabilities.
• Lead discussions to design automated training solutions; translate complex requirements for non-expert audiences.
• Translate complex technical information into accessible learning experiences; support multilingual expansion.
• Collaborate with Program Managers, SMEs, and cross-functional partners to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Build scalable learning solutions that integrate with WWRR standards; leverage AI to accelerate content development.
