Qualifications

• 5+ years in learning design or instructional design
• Proficiency in Articulate 360 for asynchronous content
• Working knowledge of Umbrella LMS and in-app training
• Experience administering an LMS with reporting
• Ability to translate complex tech for non-experts
• Strong multitasking and milestone management
• Excellent communication with Program Managers
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Travel up to 50% as needed

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program ownership of assigned learning programs and modalities from needs analysis through delivery and iteration
• Design and build Umbrella-compatible training content and expand capabilities
• Lead automated training solutions discussions with Program Managers
• Manage translation expansion across the network using tools and AI
• Collaborate with operations leaders and SMEs to ensure content accuracy and relevance
• Build durable, scalable learning solutions that integrate with WWRR’s approach
