Job summary

Amazon's LEAD team within Worldwide Returns & ReCommerce seeks a Learning Experience Designer to own virtual learning solutions for our Relo Network. You will drive end-to-end program ownership, design in-articulate modules, and manage Umbrella-powered content with cross‑functional partners across multiple client teams.

You will translate complex operational realities into scalable digital learning experiences, lead stakeholder discussions, and oversee program roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of learning design or instructional design experience
• Proficiency in Articulate 360 for virtual, asynchronous content
• Working knowledge of Umbrella as a learning management system
• Experience administering an LMS and configuring curricula
• Ability to conduct needs analyses and define learning objectives
• Ability to translate complex technical information for non-expert audiences
• Strong project management with multiple simultaneous programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication to lead discussions with Program Managers
• Travel up to 50% of the time
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Communications, or related field

Responsibilities

• Carry end-to-end programmatic ownership of assigned learning programs and training modalities
• Manage program scope, milestones, and stakeholder communication
• Own the program roadmap and sequence work based on business impact
• Provide regular program status updates and maintain documentation
• Contribute to planning inputs for owned programs
• Design and build Umbrella-compatible training content
• Lead discussions with Program Managers to design automated training solutions
• Translate complex requirements into accessible learning experiences
• Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional partners
• Ensure content accuracy and operational grounding
