Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to own and deliver high-quality virtual solutions for frontline operations within the Relo Network. You will manage learning programs from strategy through delivery, measurement, and iteration, working with Articulate 360 and Umbrella LMS to craft engaging, scalable experiences.

The role emphasizes translating complex technical topics for non-expert audiences, collaborating with Program Managers, and advancing automated, multilingual training

Qualifications

• 5+ years of learning design, learning science, or instructional design experience.
• Proficiency in Articulate 360 and building virtual, asynchronous content.
• Experience administering an LMS, with curriculum config, assignments, enrollment, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program ownership of learning programs and modalities across the Relo Network.
• Design and build Umbrella-compatible training content and automate training workflows.
• Lead QA and reviews to maintain high publication standards and translate complex tech for non-experts.
• Collaborate with PMs and technical stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable learning solutions.
