Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to join the LExT team. You will design and deliver scalable learning solutions for Amazon Robotics, partnering with SMEs and stakeholders to close performance gaps.

Responsibilities include needs analysis, creating e-learning, job-aids, videos, and assessments, applying instructional design principles, and measuring impact with data-driven iterations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or Organizational Development.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience with adult learning instructional design methods and best practices.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• 1+ years of experience integrating generative AI tools into professional workflows.
• Experience with graphics/photo/video software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Visio), Articulate 360, Microsoft SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning objectives and performance goals.
• Conduct needs analysis and learning assessments to identify performance gaps and recommend learning solutions.
• Design and develop learning solutions including e-learning, job-aids, reference materials, and instructor-led training materials.
• Apply instructional design principles to create engaging learning experiences.
• Evaluate effectiveness through assessments and metrics and iterate for continuous improvement.
• Ensure learning solutions align with learning strategy and business objectives.
• Develop and manage project timelines for timely delivery.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on learning materials.
