Job summary

You will collaborate with internal partners, apply adult learning principles, leverage AI tools responsibly, and ensure content meets IACET standards while managing multiple projects with a focus on quality and accessibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination required.
• Minimum 2 years designing learning products for adult learners.
• Must be able to comply with attendance and timeliness policies.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and implements engaging learning content using adult learning principles.
• Applies micro-modular design thinking to ensure accessibility and engagement.
• Develops and maintains instructional materials that align with IACET standards.
• Leverages AI tools for content development while ensuring ethical use.
• Collaborates with SMEs, vendors, and internal teams to meet standards.
• Creates and edits multimedia assets using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Converts training content to ILT, e-learning, or blended formats.
• Troubleshoots and resolves reported course issues with quality focus.
• Contributes to curriculum improvements based on VOC feedback and tech.
• Manages multiple projects with timelines and quality requirements.
