Job summary

LinkedIn is seeking an Instructional Designer to create high-impact, AI-optimized, modular learning experiences that help customers adopt new behaviors and realize measurable value. You will lead design, scripting, and production of training assets, collaborating with product teams to align objectives with customer adoption goals while balancing speed, quality, and long-term

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in high volume training content creation, customer learning, or customer enablement content creation.
• 3+ years of experience working with rapid eLearning development tools (Articulate 360, Camtasia etc.), and web-based meeting tools (e.g., Zoom) to create instructionally sound content.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, test, and iterate modular learning experiences that help customers take action, adopt product behaviors, and realize measurable value from LinkedIn solutions.
• Script, record, and edit engaging training videos to support product adoption and customer enablement.
• Partner and build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to uncover business and learning needs.
• Identify learning objectives tied to desired customer adoption and behavior outcomes.
• Design training assets and recommend the learning modality while balancing tight timelines, continuous product changes, and strengthened learning catalog performance.
• Provide graphic design support for assets and experiences published in the virtual learning center.
• Seek feedback early and often, using it to test assumptions, improve the solution, and establish practical standards for future content builds.
• Experiment with emerging learning technologies, AI-enabled workflows, and content-development approaches to improve quality, efficiency, learner engagement, and content scalability.
