Job summary

ASQ is seeking a Learning Experience Developer to shape engaging learning products for certification and commercial education initiatives. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and SMEs to design, develop, and deliver high‑quality content aligned with IACET standards and ethical AI use.

The role emphasizes instructional design expertise, adult learning, and iterative development, with hybrid work from ASQ’s Milwaukee headquarters. 2+ years’ experience preferred.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in instructional design or related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years designing learning products for adult learners.
• Experience with standard edtech tools and collaboration with SMEs beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement engaging learning content and assessments.
• Apply micro-modular design thinking ensuring accessibility and alignment with strategy.
• Maintain materials that meet IACET standards and CEU eligibility.
• Leverage AI tools for content development and learner analytics ethically.
• Collaborate with SMEs, vendors, and internal teams to meet standards.
• Create and edit multimedia assets using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Transform training content across ILT, e-learning, and blended formats.
• Troubleshoot course issues balancing quality and urgency.
• Contribute to curriculum improvements from VOC feedback.
• Manage multiple projects with timelines and quality focus.
