Job summary

ASQ is a premier learning and standards organization headquartered in Milwaukee, WI. The Learning Experience Developer will craft engaging adult-learning content, ensuring IACET compliance and CEU eligibility while responsibly leveraging AI tools to enhance design and personalization.

The role collaborates with SMEs, PMO, and Commercial Execution to deliver high-quality learning products for ASQ and affiliates across B2B and B2C education initiatives, with hybrid work from our Milwaukee HQ.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience designing learning products for adult learners.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning frameworks.
• Ability to apply IACET standards for continuing education and CEU eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and implements engaging learning content and assessments using adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
• Applies micro-modular design thinking in the design and development of learning content.
• Develops and maintains instructional materials that align with IACET standards for CEU eligibility.
• Leverages AI tools for content development, adaptive learning, and learner analytics.
• Collaborates with SMEs, vendors, and internal teams to ensure content meets standards.
• Creates and edits multimedia assets using Adobe Creative Suite ( Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere).
• Converts and adapts training content across modalities (ILT to e-learning or blended formats).
• Troubleshoots and resolves course issues with quality and timely action.
• Contributes to curriculum enhancements based on VOC feedback and emerging tech.
• Manages multiple projects simultaneously; adheres to timelines and quality requirements.
