Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an instructional design professional to design and develop learning solutions using adult-learning principles and digital-first design practices. You will translate objectives into clear, accessible materials and ensure consistency with templates and standards.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, conduct needs analysis, deploy assessments, and support learning evaluation through surveys and feedback mechanisms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, learning and development, education, communications, organizational development, or a related field.
• Two or more years of experience in instructional design, corporate learning, training content development, education, enablement, or a related field.
• Demonstrated pattern of taking on increasing responsibility quickly in prior roles.
• Ability to design and develop learning materials for instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, blended, and performance-support formats.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agency-style environment with multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning solutions using adult-learning principles and digital-first design practices.
• Translate objectives and SME input into clear, accurate learning materials.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders in discovery sessions, design reviews, and working sessions.
• Support learning evaluation through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
• Maintain project documentation and manage timelines, quality, and scope.
