Job summary

Triumph in Dallas is hiring a Learning Specialist I to deliver engaging training programs and design targeted interventions. You will work with managers to coordinate training, facilitate workshops, and update instructional materials.

The role emphasizes applying ADDIE and collaborating with SMEs to translate complex topics into engaging experiences. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR/learning or related field, 0-2 years in teaching or coaching, and familiarity with LMS tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Learning, Education, Business or related field.
0-2 years of experience in teaching, coaching, or training preferred.
Experience with curriculum development and learning technologies preferred.
Call center, retail, or high-touch customer-facing experience preferred.
Instructional design or facilitation certification preferred.
Familiarity with microlearning and blended learning approaches preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-impact training programs (virtual and/or in-person) to team members across levels.
Adapt facilitation style to audience needs with interactive methods.
Coordinate training events with internal stakeholders and monitor progress.
Amend instructional materials using adult learning principles and create job aids.
Design Triumph University materials and assessments using ADDIE.
Analyze learner needs and stay current with educational trends.
